Administrators can define how long uploaded customer data files are retained before they are automatically deleted.
Uploaded customer data files are retained for the configured period and then permanently removed from Webbula's systems. While the original uploaded file is deleted, the associated Email Intelligence report remains available, and the deletion event is recorded in your account logs.
This provides organizations with greater control over customer data retention while supporting internal governance and compliance requirements.
To access:
1. Click on the circle in the upper right hand corner with your initials.
2. Click on Team Settings
3. Click on Security then in the Days to Retain Data drop downbox select your desired time frame.
Select Save to apply changes or Cancel to discard them.
