The Dashboard provides a quick snapshot of your Zuvo™ account, available credits, recent processing activity, notifications, and a convenient way to upload new files for processing in Protect.
Dashboard Navigation
The left navigation menu provides access to the major areas of the platform:
- Dashboard – View account activity and upload new files.
- Protect – Submit, manage, and review Protect scans.
- Reporting – Access historical reports and processing results.
- Credits & Billing – View available credits and manage purchases.
- Plans & Pricing – Review subscription options.

Available Credits
Near the top of the Dashboard you'll see your current credit balance.
Your available credits determine how many records you can process using Protect.
If you're on the Team Admin role, select Buy Credits at any time to purchase additional processing credits. If you're not an Admin, reach out to your team's Admin to purchase more credits.
Quick Upload
The Quick Upload section allows you to start a Protect scan immediately without navigating to another page.
You can:
- Drag and drop a supported file into the upload area.
- Select Select a File to browse your computer.
Supported file types include:
- CSV
- TXT
Current upload limits:
- Maximum file size: 500 MB
After uploading, you'll be prompted to select the appropriate scan type before the scan begins. If your account doesn't have enough credits to complete the upload, you'll be prompted to purchase more before the scan can proceed.
Notifications
The Notifications panel displays recent account activity, including processing updates.
Common notifications include:
- File Processing Started
- File Processing Completed
- Processing errors (if applicable)
Select View All to see your complete notification history.
Notifications help confirm that uploads were received and processing has completed successfully.

Most users will follow this workflow:
- Confirm sufficient credits are available.

- Monitor Notifications while processing is underway.
- Open Recently Processed Files after processing completes.
- Download results or review processing details.

Tips
- Verify you have enough credits before uploading large files.
- Use Tags to organize your files by campaign, client, or project — this is the most reliable way to identify what a file was for, beyond just its filename.
- Check Notifications if a file appears to take longer than expected to process.
- Download and save your results after processing for future reference.
