Two-Factor Authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account. Once enabled, you'll be required to verify your sign-in using an authenticator app. Zuvo supports Google Authenticator and Microsoft Authenticator, both available on the App Store and Google Play.
- Scroll down to Two-Factor Authentication.
Turn on 2FA using the toggle switch.
- In the setup prompt that appears, click Start Setup.
Download an authenticator app if you don't already have one, or select I Got the App if you're already set up with one.
- You'll be shown a QR code and a manual entry code.
- Open your authenticator app and scan the QR code — or enter the manual code instead if you can't scan it. Then enter the verification code your app generates and click Verify.
Notifications Tab
The Notifications tab allows you to manage account-specific email notifications.
Low Credit Notifications
Enable Low Credit Notifications to receive an email when your team's available credits fall below a defined threshold.
This notification helps ensure you have sufficient credits available before uploading additional files for processing.
