Adding new users helps your organization collaborate more effectively within ZUVO Protect. Here's how to add a user step-by-step.
Step 1: Open the Teams Settings
First click on the circle with your initials in the upper right hand corner.
Next Click on Team Settings:
From the right hand side, click Invite User.
Step 2: Complete the Invite A New User Form
A new form will appear asking for the email you would like to invite and what Role you would like to assign them. When finished click on the Send Invite button.
Step 3: Assign a Role
Choose a role for the user. Most team members will be assigned the User role.
- Note: Only Admins can add users or purchase credits.

Admins manage system-wide settings, while Users focus on running scans and reviewing results.
Managing an Existing User
Need to make updates to a user profile? If you are an Admin you can do that anytime from the Team Settings page.
- Click a user's name from the list to open their Edit User screen.
- Make changes across any of the available tabs and fields:
- User: Update Role and System Role
- Security: Turn Two-Factor Authentication on and off.
- Notifications: Turn Low Credits Notifications on and off.
- Actions Button: Suspend/Unsuspend user.
