As of Zuvo™, all accounts default to the full Threat Detection + Verification Scan Type — so most reports across accounts will show the same complete set of flags. The most common reason results still differ is that a Scan Type was manually changed for a specific file at upload. The three possibilities are:
| Scan Type | What Shows in Your Results |
|---|---|
| Threat Detection | Threat categories — Reputation, Fraud, Delivery, Conversion, Beta — plus Good-To-Go. No Valid/Invalid/Unknown verification results. |
| Verification Only | Valid, Unknown, and Invalid results, plus Delivery threats. No threat-category breakdown. |
| Threat Detection + Verification (Default) | The full combined set — all threat categories plus Valid/Unknown/Invalid. Good-To-Go is replaced by the verification result once a record clears hygiene screening. |
If your report looks different from a sample report or one you've seen from another account, check whether a different Scan Type was selected for that specific file at upload. If you're not sure which Scan Type was used, contact Zuvo™ Support and we can confirm.
