What file types and requirements does ZUVO Protect support?
- Supported file types: CSV, TXT
- Maximum self-service upload size: 500 MB
You can start an upload from the Dashboard's Quick Upload card, or from the Protect page by selecting Upload New Files. After uploading, your file appears in the In Progress tab, then automatically moves to Completed once processing finishes — or to the Error tab if it can't be processed.
What should my file look like?
Your file should contain one email address per row, in a column labeled Email, encoded as UTF-8. If your upload appears in the Error tab, check the file for formatting issues before re-uploading — for example, an unlabeled or mislabeled email column, or an unsupported file type.
