How does Zuvo let me know when something goes wrong?
Every API response includes a success indicator. A successful value means your request completed successfully. An unsuccessful value means something went wrong, and the response will include additional details describing what happened.
Here are the most common categories of errors you might run into, and where to look for more detail:
| Situation | What's Happening / More Detail |
|---|---|
| A batch submission is canceled | The file contains more records than your available credit balance. Contact Support to add credits or resubmit a smaller file. |
| "Invalid IP" or "Rate limit exceeded" | A connection/authorization issue with how your request was sent. See "Fixing Invalid IP Address and Rate Limit Exceeded Errors." |
| A 500 error | An issue on our end, or occasionally a malformed request. Contact Support with your request details (with your key masked) so we can investigate. |
If you're seeing an error that doesn't match any of the above, or one that persists after following the related article, please reach out to Zuvo Support with the exact error message and a sanitized copy of your request — our team can help pinpoint the cause quickly.
